I live in Madison, Wisconsin. I have more than 30 years of professional experience in the teaching and research fields. I went to graduate school at Southern Illinois University, where I majored in Physics. I went on to earn a doctorate at the same discipline from Clarkson University.After completing my Ph.D., I was employed as a research scientist at Clarkson University, the Institute for Plasma Research, and the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). From 1991 to the date of my retirement in 2013, I was employed by Edgewood College. This Madison, Wisconsin, school hired me to establish a leading Physics program, direct the graduate research program, and complete its guide for learning basic level Physics.I am very enthusiastic about teaching and working with students who require extra help. I want them to learn this subject very well. Along with Physics, I'm available to students who want help in Science.My interests outside of work include music and traveling.
