Hi! I'm Jared. I'm a web developer by day and a tutor by night. I have always loved math and I love helping people learn it, understand it, and apply it to life outside the classroom. I attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated in 2013 with a major in Mathematics. After graduation, I became a web developer, and I use math constantly in my job. I tutor in my free time because I am genuinely excited about mathematics and want to show people how awesome it is! I specialize in high school and college-level math courses - Algebra I and II, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, etc. I have over 2 years of experience tutoring and have tutored both online and in-person. I love tutoring and teaching and I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals, whether that be preparing for a test, completing homework, raising your grade, or developing a better and more thorough understanding of the material. I am friendly, patient, fun, and easy to get along with. I am encouraging yet challenging. I'm able to boil down difficult and abstract concepts (which are prevalent in mathematics) and skip the jargon to focus on the essential ideas.
