I enjoy tutoring a wide array of subjects, although I specialize in Math and the Sciences. I especially love tutoring Science. I really enjoy helping others understand just how Science works and how the subject relates to everything on this planet and beyond. My favorite television show is Cosmos, and I often bring it up when tutoring. I also have experience tutoring every level of math, from elementary topics through high school, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Reading, and Writing. In addition, I have helped many students prepare for the ACT and SAT. I began my educational journey by earning 30 college credits while I was in high school. I love to encourage my students to follow in my footsteps and earn college credits early, whenever possible. I then attended the University of Wisconsin and earned my bachelor's degree in Botany. I will soon be going back to college to work toward a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolution. I now enjoy tutoring and working on a hops farm. In my free time, I love playing the guitar, gardening, cycling, sailing, and reading. I also love to travel whenever I get the chance, and of course, I love watching Cosmos on television.
