Private tutor in Madison, WI

Education

PhD in molecular and cell biology, lots of practical experience in biology.

Experience

I taught large undergraduate classes and supervised graduate students for 6 years at a major US university. I'm now working as a biology researcher at UW-Madison. I like to teach, and would like to keep my skills up to date by working with individual students or in small groups (if you have a friend or classmate you would like to bring along and split costs with, that's fine by me). I live at a convenient location near the university of madison, but I'm happy to meet nearby (quiet cafes for example), or at my lab on campus. I'm also happy to read and suggest improvements to writing assignments. Over the last few years I've helped many students struggling with biology to better understand their coursework, and in the process I have developed a lot of patience! If you need serious help, I'm your man.
