I've tutored all levels of mathematics to students of all ages, including adults. I believe a solid understanding of mathematics is essential to a well-rounded education, and my goal is not only for the student to be able to successfully complete the problems but to truly understand the reasoning behind the computations. I love working with people and strive to create a comfortable atmosphere where the student is not afraid to ask questions, even if they think it may be a "dumb" question. I don't charge for the initial meeting, which can last up to an hour. At this time, we will discuss goals and expectations. After the first meeting, I charge $30/hour.
