ExperienceI tutor ESL students from all over the world individually in speaking, grammar, listening, reading and writing. (NOTE: For university and graduate students, I charge my hourly rate ($30) for critiquing time to edit and revise papers at home, and $30 to meet in person to review the critiques and discuss papers, totaling $60.) I teach ESL at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels at WESLI (Wisconsin English Second Language Institute) and Literacy Network. I have over 5 years of ESL teaching and tutoring experience, and have received extremely positive evaluations from my students. I am very friendly, patient, and creative, and find the best way to teach a variety of skills to each student.
HobbiesI love to write and read short stories, plays, and novels. I enjoy watching documentaries and TED talks, and learning about an array of topics, from neurological to spiritual to environmental. I love cooking, biking, and hanging out with friends and family. I aspire to help others live healthy and happy lives.
